Matt wanted to surprise Heidi with a special gift when she graduated from Law School, so he set out to restore a 1950′s vintage bicycle.
Because Matt is a really nice guy.
And boy,
was that bicycle a labor of love..
Which is why that 1950′s vintage bicycle was perfect inspiration for Heidi + Matt’s Lifestyle Engagement Session at the Griffith Park Observatory:

Without a doubt, its one of the most romantic date locales in all of Los Angeles:

Weird, that’s what we experienced during our engagement session. Guess we got lucky and somehow scheduled our shoot on a night when they were filming for the MTV Video Music Awards!

But more than anything else, this session made us smile -
